What is your background?
After high school, I spent four years studying English and art & design in Vancouver, Canada.
Now I can speak English, so I enjoy traveling abroad more than ever and I like communicating with people anywhere I go.
高校卒業後、４年間カナダのバンクーバーで、英語とアートを学びました。今は英語を話すことができるので、１人で海外に行ったり、現地の人と話したり、旅行が何倍も楽しいと感じられるようになりました！次はどこにいこうかな。
What do you enjoy the most about teaching?
I feel teaching is still difficult. However, when students say “Oh, I understand,” I feel fulfilled the most.
いまだ難しく感じる部分が多いですが、生徒たちが「あぁ分かった！」と言ってくれると、やっててよかったなぁと思います。
What is your goal/mission?
I want to inspire my students and give them the confidence to go and work abroad in the future.
生徒たちを励まして、海外でも活躍できるような自信を持たせてあげること。
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy watching movies, reading, creating, playing with my cats, taking care of my killifish…etc
映画を観たり、読書をしたり、工作をしたり、ネコと遊んだり、メダカの世話をしたり、などなどです。
What do you like/think about Tokushima/Japan?
The nature and the food. We have the ocean, rivers and mountains here and we can get fresh food from local farms.
自然と食べ物です。海、川、山があり、地元の農家からとれたて野菜も食べられます！
Where would you like to go if you had a long holiday?
London, New York, Paris… the places to see some musicals or theater plays
ロンドン、ニューヨーク、パリ など ミュージカルや演劇で有名な場所に行ってみたいです。
Who is your idol?
Yukinori Kawae, Archeologist of Ancient Egypt and the "Japanese Indiana Jones"
日本のインディ・ジョーンズと呼ばれる？！エジプト考古学者の河江肖剰先生
エジプトでツアーガイドをやりながら、現地の大学へ行き考古学者になったという、自分で道を切り開いていく姿勢も尊敬しています。あとハンサム。
What was your childhood dream?
I wanted to be an adventurer.
I had to give up my dream because I have a weak stomach.

Wonder Woman or Catwoman! I prefer DC comics to MARVEL comics.

Cats or Dogs?
Cats for sure. I have 7 cats. Also, I am taking care of some alley cats.
「ネコ」です。７匹飼っています。野良猫のお世話もしています。
